What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a sport based on “Constantly varied, high-intensity and functional movements.”

What do we do?

We combine elements of Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, sprinting, rowing and core conditioning to improve our 10 physical skills.

How to start?

Once your free discovery class and your on-reamp program done, you will be able to join our daily CrossFit Classes.

To get started, it is vert easy. Just register to one of our free discovery session and we will contact you to fix an appointment.
